WHEN: Special Council Meeting, Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 1 p.m.

WHERE: In-person at the Parish Hall located at 140- 7th Street, Lytton, BC or by Zoom, and live-streamed on the Village of Lytton YouTube channel

PROPOSAL: Temporary Use Permit to allow operation of a concrete batch plant for a period of three (3) years

PROPERTY: Address: 1120 N Trans-Canada Hwy
Legal Description: Block A of the Southeast ¼ of Section 7 Township 15 Range 26 West of the 6th Meridian Kamloops Division Yale District  Plans H856 and KAP78124

All persons who believe their interest in the property is affected by the proposed temporary hearing permit will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Members of the public can participate in the public meeting online and will be given an opportunity to speak to an agenda item.
