The 2019 Annual Report for the Village of Lytton is available for your review, here. The Community Charter, in Section 99, states:
- The council must annually consider, at a council meeting or other public meeting,
(a)the annual report prepared under section 98, and
(b)submissions and questions from the public. - The annual meeting must occur at least 14 days after the annual report is made available for public inspection under section 97.
- The council must give notice of the date, time and place of the annual meeting in accordance with section 94 [public notice].

The meeting at which the Annual Report will be considered will be held on December 29th, at 1:30 pm. Public is welcome to attend via videoconferencing. Access information for public video attendance is as follows:
